Room Cleaning

Guests staying 2 nights or less will not receive daily room cleaning, but we will gladly change out towels and remove trash.  For guest staying more than 2 nights, please contact the desk to schedule room cleaning.

Room Charges and Damage

When you book online with us, our system keeps your information on file in the event of room damage or loss/theft.  Damage to furniture, linens, and other property will be assessed, and then charged to the customer at our replacement cost.  Additionally, missing decor items will be charged to the customer at the current retail value.  We will always attempt to be transparent in our communication about damage or loss to rooms.

Common Space Policies

The common space is for guest use only.  Please do not invite non-guests to the property.  The community area has an ice machine, large refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave, small oven, two burner hot plate, griddle, crockpot, and a variety of cooking/baking dishes and utensils.  Two charcoal grills are on property, but charcoal is not provided.  Additionally, we ask that all plates/bowls/silverware are disposable.  There is absolutely no cooking with grease in the kitchen, and this incudes breakfast meats.  We encourage everyone to use the common space room, but it is your responsibility to clean the area when done.  There will be a $25 cleaning fee for anyone that leaves the area dirty.

Property Rules

No smoking of any kind, including vaping, is allowed in any rooms at any time.  Smoking is allowed outside, providing it does not intrude on other guests.  If it is determined that smoking has occurred inside your guest room, a $150.00 disinfecting fee will be charged to the card on file.

Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am.  During these hours, we ask that noise be kept at a minimum out of respect to your neighbors and others around you.  If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we reserve the right to have you leave the property without any refund.
